Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

REFUND/CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 5 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on admin@hcx.global or call us on our customer care number +91 -7710920002. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to your Freshville wallet within 48 business hours of the cancellation request. You can also request the refund to be directly sent to your bank account, in which case it may take up to 10-15 days to process the refund.

REFUND/CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT:

Any differences in quantity or quality of items received from our ordering app must be intimated to us within 24 hours of receipt of items at your end to be eligible for order cancellation and refund.

To claim cancellation or refund send us an email at admin@hcx.global within 24 hours of receipt of item.

If the claims are found suitable, and in case of partial refunds or cancellation, the amount would be credited to your Freshville wallet within 48 hours of your intimation of the refund or cancellation request.

REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE/POOR QUALITY OR INADEQUATE SUPPLY:

We strongly recommend that you take weight and inspect the quality of products at the time of taking delivery of the products. In case of inadequate quantity, defective, damaged or poor quality material of the delivered you can refuse to take delivery or take partial delivery making a note of it in the delivery challan. We then ask you to intimate us on admin@hcx.global or call us on +91 -7710920002 with details of the product and the defect within 24 hours of receipt of items . If your claim is found suitable and if you have refused acceptance, you are entitled to a refund for the proportionate amount and the same shall be credited back to your Freshville wallet within 36-48 hours of delivery.

MODE OF REFUND

Under normal circumstances the money would be refunded to your Freshville wallet. You can then reuse this money for your subsequent purchases. This would require a time frame of around 36-48 hours to process the refund. You can however explicitly request the refund to be processed back in to your Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking. In such a case, please allow 10 to 15 working days for the credit to appear in your account
