Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
REFUND/CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 5 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on our customer care number +91 -7710920002. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to your Freshville wallet within 48 business hours of the cancellation request. You can also request the refund to be directly sent to your bank account, in which case it may take up to 10-15 days to process the refund.
REFUND/CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT:
Any differences in quantity or quality of items received from our ordering app must be intimated to us within 24 hours of receipt of items at your end to be eligible for order cancellation and refund.To claim cancellation or refund send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of item.
If the claims are found suitable, and in case of partial refunds or cancellation, the amount would be credited to your Freshville wallet within 48 hours of your intimation of the refund or cancellation request.
