Ordering Process flow
Order is compulsorily taken from the mobile app. Membership is by invitation only.
If you run a hotel, bar, cafe or QSR based out of Mumbai or Navi Mumbai. We would love to hear from you. Please write to us at email@example.com.
Once we finalize a contract, you are provided with Login credentials for your account.
On login you are directed to list of available product categories for your location.When placing an order, you select a category as shown in the following screen shot.
Once a particular category is selected, you see the details about items that can be ordered within that category:
You can also see the following details on the order page:
- Item wise price and GST rate
- Order Cutoff time for the day
- Order Delivery Charges
- Order Delivery Schedule
- Your Wallet Balance
Different product categories have different pricing policies.
While some products have fixed contractual pricing, agreed mutually between us and the customers at the time of customer on-boarding, other product prices are subject to daily variations based on prevailing market rates.
You get the see the pricing of any given product at the time of placing orders.
You add quantity against the individual items, and the order cost is updated at the bottom of the screen.
You can recharge your wallet balance from within the mobile app.
Once you click the place order button, the order is received at our end.
You can see details of past order from the app menu and can print invoices for all the past orders.
